1 find where awstats.pl is on your system:
locate awstats.pl
...
/var/www/awstats/awstats.pl
2 update the config file with the proper path:
vi /etc/webmin/virtualmin-awstats/config
...
awstats=/usr/share/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl
awstats=/var/www/awstats/awstats.pl
